Description

Knowledge sources are internal or external regulations which have an influence on the decision. The name of the knowledge source should indicate from which source the information is derived from.

A specific naming of knowledge sources makes it clearly visible which source(s) have an influence on the decision. This can be internal guidelines, external regulations or participating persons like „head of department“.

If you would like to label a knowledge source, just double click to it and type in a name.
